1. AI Creative Production & Photo Uploads
PIXO provides high-end marketing asset generation using our proprietary creative intelligence engines. By uploading product photos or any campaign media, you warrant that you own or have full legal authorization to use the media. You are solely responsible for ensuring uploaded photos do not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademark rights, or publicity rights. You grant us the secure right to process your photos through our synthesis pipeline to deliver the requested marketing assets.
2. No Refund Policy
Due to the computationally intensive nature of AI synthesis and the immediate delivery of digital assets, all sales—including PIXO token purchases and direct generations—are final. PIXO does not offer refunds once a purchase is completed or a synthesis session has been initiated. In the rare event of a total technical failure on our end, we may issue replacement tokens or session credits at our sole discretion.
3. Technical Support
We strive for perfect creative output. If you encounter any technical errors, generation failures, or broken links during your session, please contact our high-priority support team immediately.
4. Ownership
You retain all rights to your original product images. PIXO grants you a worldwide, perpetual license to use the AI-generated assets for commercial and personal marketing purposes.
5. Secure Payments
All financial transactions are handled securely by Stripe. PIXO does not store or have access to your sensitive credit card information or bank credentials. Your billing data is protected by Stripe's world-class, PCI-compliant security infrastructure.
6. PIXO Tokens
PIXO Tokens are virtual credits used to access our AI synthesis tools. They are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- Tokens are deducted immediately upon starting a synthesis session.
- Unused tokens do not expire as long as your account remains active.
- PIXO reserves the right to modify token pricing or packages at any time.
7. AI Output Limitations
The quality of the AI-generated assets is highly dependent on the quality of the uploaded input media. Low-resolution or blurry input images may result in suboptimal outputs. Furthermore, generative AI models may occasionally struggle with rendering small text, intricate typography, or complex micro-details with absolute precision. By using our service, you acknowledge and accept these inherent limitations of current AI technology.
8. Account Registration, Emails & Passwords
To claim our welcome offers and generate assets, you must register a secure signup account with a valid email address and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activities under your account. We use your email to verify your identity, secure your login, manage forgot password requests, and deliver transactional notifications. Providing false email addresses or attempting to compromise others' passwords will result in immediate termination of your access.
