1. Data Protection & Password Hashing
Your product assets, campaign media, and personal signup information are protected as absolute intellectual property. Your passwords are encrypted immediately upon creation using industry-standard cryptographic salting and hashing protocols (Bcrypt). We never store your password in plain text, and no one from PIXO can ever view or access your password.
2. Asset Retention
To provide you with high-speed access to your campaign history, we store generated assets for a period of 30 days. After this period, assets are automatically and permanently purged from our cloud studio.
3. Privacy of AI Synthesis & Photo Uploads
Our AI synthesis pipeline is strictly private and secure. All uploaded product photos and synthesized marketing media are stored in isolated cloud environments. We do not use your product images or uploaded photos to train external public generative models, nor do we disclose or share them with third parties.
4. Billing Privacy
We use Stripe for high-performance payment processing. During checkout, you provide your payment information directly to Stripe. PIXO only receives limited metadata (such as transaction status and a unique reference ID) to verify your session and provide you with your generated assets.
5. Email Privacy & Signup Communication
Your email address is exclusively gathered to maintain your secure account, process secure signup logins, deliver password recovery instructions, and send critical transactional generation alerts. We enforce a zero-spam policy. We do not sell, lease, or distribute your email address to third-party advertisers. You may manage your notification preferences directly within your account settings.
